Thomas Bevel, a prisoner under sentence of death, has filed a petition for review of non-final order, or alternatively, petition for writ of prohibition. After review, the petition is hereby denied without prejudice to the claims being raised on appeal to this Court of the circuit court's denial of postconviction relief. Bevel's motion to stay is denied.
