ORDER

Joseph W. Nega, Judge.

These consolidated cases are scheduled for trial at a special session of the Court to be conducted in person commencing at 10:00 a.m. (Central Time) on Tuesday, November 30 through Friday, December 10, 2021, at the Kluczynski Federal Building at 230 S. Dearborn Street, Room 3908, Chicago, Illinois, 60604.

The Court expects the parties to follow the Court Standards and Protocols to Protect Public Health, October 5, 2021, guidance (Court Standards and Protocols). As indicated in the Court Standards and Protocols, the presiding judge has discretion regarding face coverings and physical distancing.

To that end, the Court expects the parties to be prepared to represent the vaccination status of the trial team, respective attorneys, and co-counsel. The Court further expects the parties to be prepared to represent the vaccination status of each witness that counsel expects to call in the courtroom at this special session of the Court. In the event any persons appearing in the courtroom are not fully vaccinated, such persons should have a negative COVID-19 test result that is no older than 7 days before the first day of attendance at trial.

As officers of the Court, an oral report by counsel will be satisfactory. The Court will not require documentary evidence of vaccination status or COVID-19 test results and will not retain any such documentation.

ORDERED that the parties shall adhere to the Court's direction as outlined above.
