ORDER

PER CURIAM.

Christopher Betts appeals the judgment of the motion court denying his motion under Rule 29.15 after an evidentiary hearing. We have reviewed the briefs of the parties and the record on appeal, and we conclude the circuit court's decision was not clearly erroneous. An extended opinion would have no precedential value. The parties have been provided with a memorandum for their information only, setting forth the reasons for this order. The decision is affirmed. Rule 84.16(b) (2022).
