This case is on the calendar of the Court's May 20, 2024, trial session in New York City, New York. Respondent filed a Status Report on April 25, 2024, and advised that a basis for settlement has been reached. According to the report, respondent is awaiting the signed proposed decision document from petitioner reflecting the parties' settlement.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that this case is stricken from the above-referenced trial session, and the parties are excused from appearing at the calendar call on May 20, 2024. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before June 19, 2024, the parties shall file a proposed stipulated decision. It is further

ORDERED that jurisdiction of this case is retained by the undersigned.
