NEGOTIABLE INSTRUMENTS, § 327evidence warranting judgments adverse to defendant. Evidence in consolidated cases held to warrant judgments adverse to defendant who contended that trial court erred in not sustaining his counterclaim to extent of ordering surrender for cancellation of check and note involved, and enjoining transfer of such check and note and of prosecution of actions at law thereon.

Appeal from the Circuit Court of Cook county; the Hon. JULIUS H. MINER, Judge, presiding.
