ORDER
Pursuant to the Judicial Conference Policy on Privacy and the E-Government Act of 2002, Pub.L. No. 107-347, filing parties shall omit or partially redact personal data identifiers from all pleadings, documents and exhibits. Plaintiffs are notified that any further documents filed with the Court shall omit personal identifiers such as the names of minor children.
The Clerk of Court is hereby DIRECTED to redact the privacy information from the documents submitted by plaintiffs for filing with this Court.
The Clerk of Court is further DIRECTED to electronically file the redacted versions of plaintiffs' complaint and motion for leave to proceed in forma pauperis. The Clerk is DIRECTED to seal the original complaint and motion and to reflect the sealing of these documents on the docket of the Court. The original complaint and in forma pauperis motion shall be retained under seal until further order of the Court.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
