MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
By letter dated May 1, 2002, plaintiff in the above-captioned matter requested a pre-motion conference with the court regarding yet another post-trial discovery dispute with defendant York Hunter Construction, Inc. York-Hunter responded that a conference will not be necessary because it will produce all of the documents in question no later than May 14, 2002. Accordingly, York-Hunter is hereby ORDERED to produce to plaintiffs, on or before May 14, 2002, all responsive documents as well as a signed copy of the Gusera deposition transcript.
Pursuant to the court's January 24, 2002 order, York-Hunter is further ORDERED to pay, on or before May 17, 2002, plaintiffs counsel's outstanding bill for $885.00 in connection with the taking of the Gusera deposition.
York-Hunter is hereby warned that substantial sanctions will be imposed for any failure to comply with this order . Even the slightest deviation from this order will not be tolerated.
Plaintiff has also requested that the court amend the judgment against York-Hunter to add seventeen additional corporate defendants. Plaintiff is free to file a formal motion seeking such relief, but the court will not consider adding new defendants to the judgment in the absence of a formal motion.
