Plaintiffs request for an extension of time to file an amended complaint and to file an opposition to Defendants' motion to dismiss, Dkt. No. 49, is granted. Plaintiffs anticipated amended complaint is due no later than May 13, 2022. Plaintiffs opposition is due no later than May 20, 2022. Defendant's reply, if any, is due no later than June 1, 2022.

The Clerk of Court is directed to mail a copy of this order to Plaintiff.
