On July 6, 2021, the parties filed a joint status report requesting that these cases be added to one of the Court's Winter 2022 trial sessions. On July 16, 2021, the undersigned held a conference call with the parties to discuss possible trial dates. Following the conference call the parties requested that these cases be set for trial at a time and date certain of March 30, 2022, at 10:00 A.M. Pacific time. Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that these cases are set for trial at a time and date certain of Wednesday, March 30, 2022, at 10:00 A.M. Pacific time, during the Court's March 28, 2022, Los Angeles, California, trial session. It is currently expected that this trial session will be conducted in person, rather than remotely, and the undersigned will be presiding. It is further
