ORDER ENTERED BY MAGISTRATE JUDGE BOYD N. BOLAND

Plaintiff has filed pro se a "Motion to Proceed or Reschedule" (ECF No. 76), requesting that the Court reschedule the status conference set for September 27, 2012 at 9:30 a.m.

Attorney Gary Shupp entered his appearance as general counsel of record for Plaintiff in this case on August 31, 2012. See ECF No. 55. Counsel of record must file all pleadings and motions on behalf of Plaintiff. See Fed. R. Civ. P. 11. Accordingly, the Motion to Proceed or Reschedule (ECF No. 76), filed by the pro se Plaintiff, is stricken.
