Respondent Town of Irondequoit having moved for an extension of time to file and serve a brief on the appeals taken herein from an order and judgment and a judgment of the Supreme Court entered in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Monroe on June 2, 2016 (appeal No. 2), and June 22, 2016 (appeal No. 6),
