An appeal having been taken to this Court by plaintiff from the judgment of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about July 6, 2017, and said appeal having been perfected, And Chiraag Bains having moved for leave to file a brief amicus curiae in connection with the aforesaid appeal, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,It is ordered that the motion is granted, and movant is directed to file nine copies of the proposed brief amicus curiae within 7 days of the date of entry hereof.
