This case was calendared for trial at the Court's May 18, 2020, Chicago, Illinois trial session. Due to concerns relating to COVID-19, the trial session was canceled, and this case was assigned to Judge Patrick J. Urda.
On February 1, 2022, the parties filed a joint status report apprising the Court that the parties were unable to work together on a draft stipulation. The Court held a conference call on February 11, 2022. On the call, the petitioners indicated that they were both seeking to obtain legal representation. We will allow time for the petitioners to do so. Accordingly, it is
ORDERED that, on or before April 12, 2022, the parties shall file a joint status report apprising the Court on whether the petitioners were able to obtain counsel and whether the parties are ready for trial in this case.
