ORDER

Patrick J. Urda Judge

On November 9, 2021, respondent filed a status report, which indicated that the IRS' Centralized Innocent Spouse Operations Unit (CCISO) was reviewing petitioner Allison L. Berrettini's innocence spouse claim. On December 2, 2021, respondent filed another status report, which indicated that Mrs. Berrettini's innocence spouse claim was denied.

The Court held a conference call with the parties on December 3, 2021. On the conference call, the parties indicated that they were going to continue settlement discussions. We will give the parties 60 days to file a joint status report apprising the Court of the progress made since our conference call. Accordingly, it is

ORDERED that, on or before February 1, 2022, the parties shall file a joint status report apprising the Court of the then-present status.
