This case is currently calendared on the Court's San Diego, California remote trial session, which is scheduled to begin September 20, 2021. On September 8, 2021, respondent filed a motion for continuance. On the same day, respondent filed a motion for leave to file out of time pretrial memorandum and lodged a pretrial memorandum. It appears that after lodging the pretrial memorandum at docket index #25, respondent filed a new version of the pretrial memorandum at docket index #26. After due consideration, it is

ORDERED that respondent's motion for continuance, filed September 8, 2021, is granted, and this case is continued from the above-referenced remote trial session. It is further

ORDERED that respondent's motion for leave to file out of time pretrial memorandum, filed September 8, 2021, is granted. It is further

ORDERED that respondent's lodged pretrial memorandum at docket index #25 is stricken from the Court's record. It is further

ORDERED that jurisdiction of this case is retained by the undersigned. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before November 9, 2021, the parties shall file a joint status report (or separate reports if that is more expedient) as to the then-present status of this case. It is further

ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall serve a copy of respondent's motion for continuance (docket index #23) on petitioners at their address of record.
