Order entered December 5, 1966, staying the enforcement of a judgment, unanimously modified, on the law and facts and in the exercise of discretion, without costs or disbursements, by conditioning the stay on the posting by respondent of a bond in the sum of $2,500. Either party may apply for a trial preference.
