Order unanimously modified to the extent of precluding the plaintiff-appellant unless he serves a bill of particulars as to items 3c, 3d 4a, 5a, 6a, 6c, 7a, 7b, 7c, 7d, 8b, 9c, 10a, 10b, 10c, 10d and 10e within ten days after service of the order entered herein and, as so modified, affirmed, with $20 costs and disbursements to plaintiff-appellant. No opinion. Settle order on notice.
