ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE

This case was called from the calendar for the remote trial session of the Court on February 21, 2023, for cases where Los Angeles, California, was listed as the place of trial. There was no appearance by or on behalf of petitioner. Counsel for respondent appeared and was heard.

On January 27, 2023, respondent filed with the Court a Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction. Upon due consideration and for cause more fully appearing in the transcript of the proceedings, it is

ORDERED that respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction, filed January 27, 2023, is taken under advisement. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before March 23, 2023, petitioner shall show cause, in writing, why respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction, filed January 27, 2023, should not be granted. Failure to respond to this Order will likely result in the granting of respondent's Motion and dismissal of petitioner's case.
