Pending before the Court is respondent's Motion to Compel Production of Documents, filed May 26, 2022. On June 14, 2022, petitioners filed a Response to Motion to Compel Production of Documents. In paragraph 19 of petitioners' response they state: "This Court has carved out specific deadlines where exhibits are to be exchanged between parties. Specifically, by June 24, 2022, all documents should be served on the other party and all witnesses disclosed." Accordingly, it is

ORDERED that petitioners are directed on or before June 21, 2022, to file with the Court a response to this Order and state whether they intend to provide all documents that they wish to submit as evidence in these cases to respondent by June 24, 2022, and if they intend to disclose all witnesses to respondent by June 24, 2022. If petitioners do not so intend, please explain the statement at paragraph 19.
