ORDER

On April 8, 2022, respondent filed a Motion to Take Deposition Pursuant to Rule 74(c)(3), and on April 22, 2022, petitioners filed a response to respondent's motion. Petitioners' response alleges that respondent has not previously sought the information which is the alleged purpose of the depositions. The parties are directed to confer over the next two weeks and file a status report with the Court about their progress satisfying respondent's request for information. After the report of the parties, the Court will further address respondent's motion for deposition. Accordingly, it is

ORDERED that the parties are directed on or before May 16, 2022, to confer and file with the Court a joint written report as described above.
