ORDER

Maurice B. Foley, Chief Judge

On December 28, 2021, respondent's counsel, Thomas R. Mackinson, improperly filed a motion to withdraw as counsel as a notice of withdrawal of counsel. Also on December 28, 2021, respondent's counsel filed a properly titled motion to withdraw as counsel.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that the notice of withdrawal of counsel, filed December 28, 2021, is stricken from the Court's record. It is further

ORDERED that respondent's counsel's motion to withdraw as counsel, filed December 28, 2021, is granted and Thomas R. Mackinson is withdrawn as counsel in this case.
