The Court received and filed the supplemental clerk's record as requested in its order dated December 19, 2023. The supplemental record shows that the trial court issued an order dated January 16, 2024, appointing Veronica Teresa Lerma as Appellant's attorney of record. Therefore, the above styled and numbered cause is hereby REINSTATED.
Further, the Appellant's brief is now due to be filed in this Court on or before February 22, 2024.
