[No. 25, January Term, 1928.]

Decided April 19th, 1928.

Value of Legal Services — Evidence.

In an action for the value of legal services, a lawyer representing other interests in the same transactions was properly permitted to express an opinion as to the value of plaintiff's services, based on his own observation as to their nature and results, and the circumstances under which they were performed.

In an action for the value of legal services, the reasonableness of the verdict in plaintiff's favor was not reviewable.

Decided April 19th, 1928.

Appeal from the Baltimore City Court (STEIN, J.).

Action by Clifton S. Brown against Louis Berman. From a judgment for plaintiff, defendant appeals. Affirmed.

The cause was submitted on briefs to BOND, C.J., PATTISON, URNER, ADKINS, OFFUTT, DIGGES, PARKE, and SLOAN, JJ.
