Separate appeals having been taken by the above-named appellants from the same order of the Family Court, New York County, entered on or about June 30, 2015, And, respondent-appellant child, Jayden B., having moved to withdraw his appeal, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of deeming the appeal taken by the subject child withdrawn. The appeal taken by petitioner-appellant mother remains extant.
