On October 27, 2022, the parties filed two Proposed Stipulated Decision documents (index # 9 and index #11). Upon review it was seen that they were identical. Therefore, the Proposed Stipulated Decision documents are duplicative, and we will strike one of them.

Upon due consideration and for cause, it is hereby:
