ORDER

Alina I. Marshall, Judge.

This case is calendared for a remote trial at the session of the Court scheduled to commence on October 11, 2022, for cases in which Salt Lake City, Utah, is the place of trial.

On July 26, 2022, Rebekah A. Myers, counsel for respondent, filed a motion to withdraw as counsel on behalf of Randall Craig Schneider, indicating therein that Mr. Schneider is no longer employed by the Office of Chief Counsel for the Internal Revenue Service. Furthermore, counsel for respondent indicated there is no objection to the granting of counsel's motion.

Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that counsel's motion to withdraw as counsel filed June 26, 2022, is granted and Randall Craig Schneider is withdrawn as counsel for respondent.
