On September 18, 2024, the Commissioner filed a motion to compel responses to interrogatories and a motion to review the sufficiency of answers or objections to request for admissions. We will direct petitioner Alan Michael Berkun to file responses to each of these.
Accordingly, it is
ORDERED that, on or before October 15, 2024, Mr. Berkun shall file a response to the Commissioner's motion to compel responses to interrogatories. It is further
ORDERED that, on or before October 15, 2024, Mr. Berkun shall file a response to the Commissioner's motion to review the sufficiency of answers or objections to request for admissions.
