On October 11, 2022, the Court issued an Order denying petitioner Alan Michael Berkun's motion for a jury trial. On July 9, 2024, petitioners filed a motion for reconsideration of Order. We will direct the Commissioner to file a response to the motion.
Accordingly, it is
ORDERED that, on or before August 1, 2024, the Commissioner shall file a response to the petitioners' motion for reconsideration of Order.
