ORDER DISMISSING APPEAL
On August 13, 2014, this court issued a notice directing appellant to file and serve the transcript request form or certificate of no transcript request, which were overdue. The notice cautioned appellant that failure to comply with that notice could result in the impositions of sanctions including the dismissal of this appeal. NRAP 9(a)(6). To date, appellant has not filed the transcript request form or certificate or otherwise responded to our notice. Accordingly, we
