ORDER

Maurice B. Foley, Chief Judge.

On February 10, 2022, counsel for petitioner filed electronically in the above-docketed matter a document under the designation "Administrative Record". However, the underlying material consisted instead of an Entry of Appearance, and no such Entry of Appearance is needed herein, insofar as counsel already entered an appearance by signing the petition commencing the proceeding.

Accordingly, the premises considered, it is

ORDRED that the document filed February 10, 2022, shall be deemed stricken from the Court's record in this case.
