Michael John Berghorn v. Paige M Storsteen

LC No. 2015-000178-DC

ORDER

Elizabeth L. Gleicher, Chief Judge, acting under MCR 7.203(F)(1), orders:

The claim of appeal is DISMISSED for lack of jurisdiction because the September 15, 2022 order appealed from is not a final order as defined in MCR 7.202(6). MCR 7.203(A)(1). The postjudgment order at issue cannot be considered an order that grants or denies a motion to change legal custody, physical custody, or domicile under MCR 7.202(6)(a)(iii). Dismissal is without prejudice to the filing of a late appeal under MCR 7.205(A)(4), provided such a filing meets all requirements under the court rules and is not time-barred.
