BRANDON BERGER, Appellant, v. BRIAN WILLIAMS, WARDEN, Respondent.

ORDER DISMISSING APPEALS

Brandon Berger appeals from an order of the district court denying a single postconviction petition for a writ of habeas corpus that was filed in district court case no. CR7957A and district court case no. CR7960 on April 11, 2018. Eighth Judicial District Court, Clark County; Linda Marie Bell, Chief Judge.

The district court consolidated Berger's cases, which challenged the computation of time served for two sentences imposed pursuant to separate judgments of conviction. The record before this court demonstrates Berger has discharged both of those sentences. Berger's discharge of his sentences rendered any challenges to them moot. See Johnson v. Dir., Nev. Dep't Prisons, 105 Nev. 314, 316, 774 P.2d 1047, 1049 (1989). Accordingly, we

ORDER these appeals DISMISSED.
