Criminal Appeal — Case Removed from Justice.

Where a case, originating in an arrest upon warrant from a justice of the peace, is removed to the circuit court upon defendant's prayer for a jury trial, no appeal lies to the Court of Appeals from the judgment of the circuit court.

Decided October 27th, 1933.

Appeal from the Circuit Court for Anne Arundel County (GREEN, J.).

Criminal proceeding against Louis Berger. From a judgment of conviction, said Berger appeals. Appeal dismissed.

The cause was submitted to BOND, C.J., PATTISON, URNER, ADKINS, OFFUTT, DIGGES, PARKE, and SLOAN, JJ.
