ORDER

On March 26, 2024, the parties in this case filed with the Court a proposed stipulated decision and a settlement stipulation. The proposed stipulated decision references the tax year 2018, however, the Notice of Deficiency attached to the petition in this case is for the 2019 tax year. Premises considered, it is

ORDERED that this case is stricken from the Court's April 8, 2024, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania trial session and continued. It is further

ORDERED that the proposed stipulated decision, filed March 26, 2024, is hereby stricken from the record in this case. It is further

ORDERED that the parties shall, on or before April 29, 2024, file with the Court a corrected proposed stipulated decision. The parties do not need to re-file the settlement stipulation. It is further

ORDERED that jurisdiction is retained by this Division of the Court.
