Action to foreclose a mortgage on certain real property, and for other relief, brought to the Superior Court in the judicial district of Stamford-Norwalk, where the defendants filed a counterclaim; thereafter, the court, Mottolese, J., granted the plaintiffs' motion for strict foreclosure and rendered judgment thereon; subsequently, the court denied the defendants' motion to open the judgment, and the defendants appealed to this court. Affirmed.
