PRESENT:

Respondent-respondent having moved to dismiss the appeal taken herein by the Attorney for the Children from an order of the Family Court, Livingston County, entered September 27, 2018, and to strike the Attorney for the Children's brief, and the Attorney for the Children having cross-moved for an order deeming the Notice of Appeal served and filed timely and granting permission to appeal,

Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion and cross motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted and the appeal taken by the Attorney for the Children is dismissed without costs, and

It is further ORDERED that the cross motion is dismissed.
