Appellant having moved to consolidate the appeals taken herein from a judgment of the Supreme Court entered in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Livingston on August 9, 2012, and an order of Livingston County Family Court entered in the Office of the Clerk of said court on August 3, 2012, having moved for an extension of time to perfect the appeals taken herein from the judgment entered August 9, 2012, and the order entered August 3, 2012, and having moved for other relief,
Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of Leonard G. Florescue, Esq., dated February 6, 2013, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and the affirmation of Donald A. White, Esq., dated February 12, 2013, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks to consolidate the appeals is denied, and
It is further ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks an extension of time to perfect the appeals is granted to the extent that the ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered December 19, 2012, is hereby amended by deleting the date February 19, 2013, and inserting in its place the date April 22, 2013.
