In an action seeking an injunction, defendant appeals from an order denying its motion to dismiss the complaint on the ground it fails to state a cause of action. Order affirmed, with $10 costs and disbursements, with leave to defendant to answer within ten days from the entry of the order hereon. No opinion. Johnston, Acting P.J., Adel, Sneed, Wenzel and MacCrate, JJ., concur.
