On July 10, 2024, the parties filed in this case a joint Status Report. That report appears to have been filed in this case in error. The Status Report references a conference call with the Court and the parties involving "Judge Pugh" with respect to scheduling a trial date. However, this case has not yet been calendared for trial nor has it been assigned to Judge Cary Douglas Pugh.
Upon due consideration of the foregoing, it is
ORDERED that the parties' above-described Status Report is deemed stricken from the Court's record in this case.
