District Court of Appeal of Florida, Third District
Feb 12, 2003
836 So. 2d 1125 (Fla. Dist. Ct. App. 2003)

Opinion

Case No. 3D02-2891.

Opinion filed February 12, 2003.

An Appeal under Fla.R.App.P. 9.141(b)(2) from the Circuit Court for Dade County, Bertila Soto, Judge. Lower Tribunal No. 97-32886.

Fred A. Bentley, in proper person.

Charlie Crist, Attorney General, for appellee.

Before GODERICH and GREEN, JJ., and NESBITT, Senior Judge.

The State properly concedes that the defendant is entitled to an additional 201 days credit for time served in case no. 97-32886. We agree with the State that the defendant's remaining points lack merit. Gethers v. State, No. SC01-2639 (Fla. Jan. 16, 2003).
