An appeal having been taken to this Court from an order of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about September 19, 2023, and said appeal having been perfected, And proposed amicus curiae Aetna Life Insurance Company having moved for leave to file a brief amicus curiae in connection with the aforesaid appeal (Motion No. 2023-04962), And proposed amicus curiae Municipal Labor Committee having moved for leave to file a brief amicus curiae in connection with the aforesaid appeal (Motion No. 2023-04967),
Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motions, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motions are granted, and movants are directed to serve one copy of their respective briefs, in the form submitted with the moving papers, upon all parties to the appeal, and to file with this Court an original, five hard copies, and one digital copy of their respective brief, in accordance with 22 NYCRR 1250.9, within 15 days of the entry of this order (Motion No. 2023-04962/Motion No. 2023-04967).
