IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Motion to Approve the Settlement of Rafaela Bensusan, as Administratrix and Derivative Claimant of the Estate of Albert Bensusan is hereby GRANTED pursuant to the Report and Recommendation of Magistrate Judge Hanna, which is hereby adopted.
