On October 27, 2023, respondent filed in the case at Docket No. 15737-18 a Motion to Calendar and Consolidate Docket Numbers 15661-18, 15737-18. The motion was not properly filed in both cases.
The case at Docket No. 15737-18 is currently in the general docket; the case at Docket No. 15661-18 is currently calendared for the trial session to begin December 11, 2023, in Portland, Oregon. Petitioner does not object to the granting of this motion, insofar as it pertains to consolidation and calendaring for the December 11, 2023, trial calendar in Portland, Oregon.
Upon due consideration, and for cause, it is
ORDERED that the Clerk shall copy respondent's Motion to Calendar and Consolidate Docket Numbers 15661-18, 15737-18 and file it in the case at Docket No. 15661-18, as of October 27, 2023. It is further
ORDERED that the case at Docket No. 15737-18 is calendared for trial at the trial session of the Court scheduled to commence at 10:00 a.m. on December 11, 2023, in the Mark O. Hatfield U.S. Courthouse, 1000 SW Third Avenue, Courtroom 14B, Portland, Oregon 97204. It is further

ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall also serve on the parties in Docket No. 15737-18 a copy of the Standing Pretrial Order for the Court's December 11, 2023, Portland, Oregon, trial session.
