Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of New York, First Department
Oct 9, 1997
243 A.D.2d 294 (N.Y. App. Div. 1997)

Opinion

October 9, 1997

Appeal from Supreme Court, Bronx County (Louis Gonzalez, J., upon decision and order of Alexander Delle Cese, J.H.O., on order).

The evidence herein amply supports the Judicial Hearing Officer's finding that defendant satisfied her burden of demonstrating a valid transfer of the subject real property ( see, Matter of Gordon v. Bialystoker Ctr. Bikur Cholim, 45 N.Y.2d 692).

Concur — Sullivan, J.P., Rosenberger, Ellerin and Nardelli, JJ.
