It is Ordered that the motion of the tenant-appellant is granted on condition that the tenant-appellant: (1) perfects her appeal by no later than the November 2015 term, the filing deadline for which is September 10, 2015; and (2) continues to pay the landlord use and occupancy in the amount of $ 696.00, on or before each subsequent rental due date, without prejudice. In the event the tenant-appellant fails to comply with the foregoing conditions, the landlord-respondent may move, on five days notice, for an order vacating the stay.
