An order having been entered on May 22, 2024, granting petitioner-appellant's motion to perfect an appeal taken herein as a poor person and assigning Julie Cianca, Esq., as counsel to perfect the appeal, Now, upon reading and filing the statement of David Juergens, Esq., dated May 22, 2024, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is hereby ORDERED that Sarah Holt, Esq., Monroe County Conflict Defender, 16 East Main Street, Suite 600, Rochester, New York 14614, is hereby substituted as counsel to conduct the above-entitled appeal taken from an order of the Family Court, Monroe County, entered March 25, 2024, in place and stead of Julie Cianca, Esq., and

It is further ORDERED that the Monroe County Family Court Clerk provide Sarah Holt, Esq. with copies of all papers and transcripts of stenographic or audiotaped minutes, if any, of the proceedings upon which the appeal is based.
