ORDER

Appellant has filed in this court a motion to order mediation. In the motion, Appellant states that there is "a reasonable chance" that this case will be settled at mediation, and he requests that this court order the parties to mediation. According to the certificate of conference, Appellee does not oppose Appellant's request for mediation. Furthermore, Appellee has not filed an objection in this court.

Appellant's motion is granted. This appeal is now abated pending mediation, which shall be completed on or before August 1, 2017. The parties are instructed to notify this court of the mediation results within ten days of the completion of mediation. If mediation fully resolves the issues in this appeal, the parties shall file a joint motion in accordance with TEX. R. APP. P. 42.1(a)(2).
