On order of the Court, the petitioner's pleadings are treated as a complaint for superintending control and a motion for miscellaneous relief. The complaint for superintending control is considered, and relief is DENIED, because the Court is not persuaded that it should grant the requested relief. The motion for miscellaneous relief also is considered, and it is DENIED.

The motion to dismiss the complaint and to assess damages against the petitioner also is considered, and it is DENIED.
