Appellant having moved for an extension of time to file and serve a reply brief on the appeal taken herein from an order of the Supreme Court entered in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Onondaga on January 2, 2014,

Now, upon reading and filing the statement of Alan J. Pierce, Esq., dated May 2, 2014, the affidavit of Alan J. Pierce, Esq., sworn to May 7, 2014, and the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the second ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered March 24, 2014, is hereby amended by deleting the date May 20, 2014, and inserting in its place the date June 4, 2014.
