This case originally was continued from the Court's January 27, 2020, trial session scheduled for San Diego, California. We held a Status Hearing at the Court's Washington, D.C. remote special hearing session on February 23, 2022. The parties appeared and were heard. As directed by the Court, the parties filed Status Reports on March 25, 2022, advising that they were "actively engaged in settlement discussions". Upon due consideration and for cause, it is hereby

ORDERED that, on or before April 28, 2022, the parties shall submit stipulated decision documents or file status reports regarding the then-present status of this case.
